If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of purchase at email@example.com
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
For all other reasons, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
OberloElectronics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Oralperfect will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
